Lemon Vinaigrette- Phase 3 and I Burn

You can whip this salad dressing up in no time, with just a clean jar with a tight fitting lid.

This will keep a few days in the fridge, if it lasts that long!

For FMD, add fresh herbs. 

Lemon Vinaigrette 

Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Juice of another lemon
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
Pinch of fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried parsley
Pinch red pepper flakes
Stevia, to taste, optional

Put everything in the jar, tighten lid and shake for 1 minute. 
Let sit an hour before serving.
