Salmon Dip- Phase 3

Are you hosting a New Year's Eve party and looking for a delicious and healthy dip? Here you go! This will be a crowd-pleaser for sure!


Salmon Dip
Phase 3
Makes 6 standard servings healthy fat, each is a partial protein

8oz Kite Hill or homemade almond cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup coconut cream
1T freshly squeezed lemon juice
1T minced fresh dill
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, drained (or grate fresh)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 oz smoked salmon, minced

Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth. Add the coconut cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper, and mix. Add the smoked salmon and mix well. Chill and serve with crudit├ęs or crackers.
