Sourdough Biscuits- P3

Sometimes you just want a quick bread. Biscuits are my go to. I flavor them with herbs and garlic, I have put vanilla and blueberries in the batter. So very versatile. Here is this version- so tasty!

Tonight, I had planned on making sourdough bread but ran out of time. So I made biscuits instead. They turned out moist and tangy and delicious.

You will need the starter from this post here. I have not used any other p3 flours for this.

Sourdough Biscuits
8 standard servings

Heat oven to 425

1 cup sprouted wheat flour
1/3 cup sourdough starter
1/4 tsp salt
2T olive oil
1/4 cup almond milk

In a bowl, whisk together the starter, oil, salt and milk. Stir in flour. Add water if you need to, 1 tsp at a time- you want a loose dough. Divide the dough equally into 8 equal portions, on a silicone mat lined baking sheet or parchment lined pan. Bake 8-10 minuted until done.
