When you need a chocolate treat, reach for those super ripe avocados. Add a few things and BAM, you have the best chocolate pudding ever!
The cocoa and flavor need to be adjusted to YOUR taste buds. If you need more, add more. Always start out with the smallest amount, blend, then taste. You may like it sweeter. You may want it super chocolatey. Make it the way YOUR taste buds like.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Phase 3
Makes 2 standard servings of healthy fat
1 ripe (very ripe) avocado
1-2 tsp Hershey's regular cocoa
1-2 tsp xylitol or stevia equivalent
Tiny splash of vanilla
1-2 tablespoons almond milk
Tiny pinch of salt
Put everything into a small food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Taste. Add more cocoa or sweetener if you need. Chill. Eat.
