You can use NOW Brand Plain Egg White Powder for protein, or liquid egg whites (they are pasteurized) or my preference, Great Lakes Brand Beef Collagen Powder (in the green can). For this, 4T is standard protein serving and 2T is a snack (6T and 3T for over 40lb goal). You can use this in broth, in tea, in any liquid as well. ***UPDATE 1/19/2018-Haylie no longer approves of this collagen as a protein source, so it is up to you if you want to use it. (she says she can no longer confirm the cleanliness of the ingredients)***
Adjust the cocoa and sweetener to your personal taste.
Veggies listed are standard portions for meals. For the larger weight loss goal, double them.
You can have these without protein for a "dessert" or between meals if you are hungry.
2 cups spinach
1-2 T cocoa or cacao
1-2 T xylitol or equivalent for stevia
½ cup water
1-2 cups ice
