Cranberry Pumpkin Smoothie - Phase 3

This smoothie tastes like Christmas! 
I didn't mean to make a holiday smoothie on this rainy March day, but I needed to use up some pumpkin. 

Give this one a try.

Cranberry Pumpkin Smoothie
Phase 3
Makes 1 serving fruit and veggie

1 cup yellow squash or zucchini
1 carrot
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup cranberries 
Stevia to taste
1 cup almond milk (for a healthy fat) or water
Ice if your cranberries are fresh
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of ground cloves
Splash of vanilla

Blend everything together.
