No one knows how to pronounce it but it's delicious. You can whip up an FMD friendly version in no time. This should keep for a while in a sealed container.

Pro Tip: In maintenance, use coconut sugar as the sweetener for more depth of flavor.
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1T xylitol or stevia equivilant
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
ground black pepper to taste
Combine apple cider vinegar, water, soy sauce, sweetener, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cinnamon, and black pepper together in a saucepan; bring to a boil and cook until fragrant, about 45 seconds. Cool to room temperature. Pour into jar with lid.
