Pumpkin Spice "Latte" - Phase 3

It is that time of year! Pumpkin Spice is everywhere! So to celebrate Fall, here is my FMD version of PSL.

Here is my Pumpkin Spice Mix. I use this in pancakes, pumpkin bread, oats- wherever you need some fall flavor! Shown above is my pancakes with cashew butter and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice in between and on top. This was HEAVENLY! 

Pumpkin Spice

4 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 tsp ground cloves
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground allspice

Put into a container with a lid, and shake to combine. 

Now for the latte. I love Dandy Blend but you can use Pero or Teechino (in the green bag). 

Pumpkin Spice "Latte"
1 standard serving

1 cup almond milk
1-2 tsp Dandy Blend (or your favorite amount for a strong cup)
Stevia to taste (or xylitol)
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice (or to your taste)

Warm the almond milk in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add the xylitol if using, to dissolve. Add Dandy Blend and pumpkin spice- stir or whisk together. Pour into mug and add stevia if using. Enjoy!
