Can I combine everything in a slow cooker??
ReplyDeleteYes, after you make the sauce in the first part of the recipe
DeleteOk I have a silly question - when you say 8 protein servings - is that the number of total servings?
ReplyDeleteHaylie's Metabolism Revolution plan has 3 meal maps that have different number of protein portions , depending on your meal map. If your meal requires 1 protein portion, then yes, this makes 8 servings. If your meal requires 2 protein portions, it would make 4 servings.
DeleteIs this ok for P1?
DeleteYes but you have to adjust portions.
DeleteIs this also 8 vegetable servings?
ReplyDeleteNo, there aren't 16 cups of veggies in the recipe
Deleteso you would add your veggies on top of what is in the chili, correct?
DeleteYes, if you need more veggies
DeleteThere is almost 16 cups of vegetables so not many more would be needed depending on your meal map.
ReplyDeleteAt the time of posting, celery wasn't counted as a veggie since its a free food. That's been updated so you're correct
DeleteWhy not add tomatoes?
ReplyDeleteMetabolism Revolution plan doesn't have tomatoes on the food list
