My mission is to share my favorite recipes, cooking techniques, money saving ideas, food storage and general healthy ideas with everyone.
My husband and I have been following Fast Metabolism Diet Plan by Haylie Pomroy for the past year. We both had great success with it, and during the process, I developed tasty recipes and dishes that fit into the plan. Of course, you don’t have to be on this plan to use these recipes at all. You can be following other diet plans, or you could just want to be eating healthy, or you could just love really good food, like I do. I know what you are thinking; healthy food = yuck. I can promise you here and now that I DON’T do yuck. I have no tolerance for gross food. I won’t eat it, I won’t share it, so you don’t have to fret. Everything I write about is 100% delicious!
And while the majority of what I share will work with FMD, not every recipe will. I do make treats from time to time, we do eat "normal" food once in a while, and since it is all delicious, I may share some of those recipes, too.
