Thousand Island Dressing - Phase 3

Use this on sandwiches or burgers, or salads.

Make your pickles a couple days beforehand. 

Thousand Island Dressing 
Phase 3
Makes 4 servings healthy fat

1/2 cup FMD compliant mayo (I make my own, recipe on the blog)
2T sugar free ketchup 
2T sugar free pickle relish or finely chopped sweet pickles (I have a recipe on the blog)
2 tsp finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp vinegar (use pickle juice, if you like)
Pinch of salt
2-3 dashes Tabasco (optional)

Mix everything together in a small bowl. Let sit a few hours in the fridge or over night for best flavor.
