Metabolism Revolution Fruit Crisp


4 fruit servings
4 grain servings

Heat oven to 375 degrees


Filling:
3 1/2 cups fruit (diced baking apples, cherries, peaches, diced pears, raspberries, or a combo)
2 tsp cinnamon
2T xylitol or ½ tsp stevia
Pinch of salt

Stir together and put into a shallow baking dish.

Topping:
½ an apple
1 cup oats (not steel cut)
1T xylitol or pinch of stevia
¼ tsp nutmeg
Tiny dash of ground cloves

Put these in a food processor and pulse a few times to chop the apple and combine.
Pour the topping over the fruit.

Cover the dish with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
