Lemon Pepper Chicken- Phases 1-3, MR

This dish is super fast if you cut your chicken breasts into chunks or strips. Have all the ingredients ready to go, and you will have dinner in no time!







Lemon Pepper Chicken
Phases 1-3
4 standard portions for FMD and Metabolism Revolution

1lb chicken breasts, cut into strips or cubes
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 lemons
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chicken stock (water for MR)

Season the chicken with the salt and half the pepper. Brown the chicken in a hot skillet. When the chicken is almost done add the garlic, stir and cook for 1 minute. Add the remaining pepper, lemon juice, zest and stock. Stir it all around and simmer until the sauce reduces and chicken is done. Garnish with parsley if you like.
