Orange Chicken- Phases 1, 2 and 3 variations

This recipe can be adapted for any phase of FMD. Just leave out the oil and use phase appropriate vegetables. Orange zest is approved for all phases. Use Brown Rice for P1, Miracle Rice for p2, and Quinoa for p3- or any phase appropriate option.

Use chicken breast meat any phase or thighs on P3.
This also works with pork

For a P1 lunch, add pineapple to it for your fruit.

If you don't have a wok, use a large non stick skillet. You may need to cook in batches. This needs a very large skillet!

Make this as spicy or as sweet as you want.

  1. Your site is amazing, can't wait to try some of these dishes. I want to make sure I'm buying the right thing - is there a difference between Arrowroot powder and those marked starch/flour? What brand do you use?

    1. Arrowroot powder and flour are the same thing. It's cheaper to buy it in the big bags in the health food section than it is to get it from the spice section
